Meet Our Clones
Randi Leigh Turkin
Business & Personal Assistance
Randi started Clone! as an experiment in February 2012 after leaving her position as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at the Long Center for the Performing Arts. She’s always had a knack for putting things in order where others can’t see past chaos, and relates well to people from all walks of life. Randi is a jill of all trades having never been able to confine herself to one box. She has over 15 years of experience assisting executives who are internationally known as well as other professionals including small business owners, writers, executive and artistic directors, business coaches, realtors, professors, touring producers and individuals who just need an extra two hands getting something done. Most of her work for Clone! these days is spent as business manager to Nicole Jeffords of ArtProfiler.com, and as realtor associate for Kat Brooks of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
Randi is also a trained dancer and choreographer with a BA in Theatre and has spent much of the last 14 years in Austin teaching contemporary, hip hop, jazz, tap and ballet to ages three through adult, as well as choreographing and performing for various local dance companies and independent productions. She has performed with companies including Sling Dance Project, Heloise Gold & Natalie George Productions, Woven Feet, Tutto Theatre Company and Ariel Dance Theatre, and has produced her own shows under the company name, ReleaseMotion Dance Project.
Randi never dreamed that Clone! would grow from one person to many in such a short period of time, and is thrilled that a business venture she cooked up while stuck in traffic now offers such a vast array of services beyond those which the typical concierge company provides.

Home & Business Staging
Shanna moved to Austin from Houston in 1995 to attend the University of Texas. After finishing school in 1999, she moved to New York City where she worked for the Corcoran Sunshine Group, a real estate sales and marketing company. Her experiences in the fast paced explosive New York market spawned a passion for home design and real estate. Moving back to Austin in 2002, she purchased a home in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood that she, with her husband, completely renovated, remodeled and modernized. Realizing one of her dreams, Shanna started a unique concept boutique marrying home decor store and wine bar which has been wildly successful for the last 9 years. Carrying over her finely honed skills in design, she felt that she wanted to help people find and design their dream homes, so she obtained her real estate license. Under the Clone umbrella, Shanna provides home and business staging and real estate assistance services.
Sydney is a traveling sitter who knows how stressful it can be for your animals to have you away, so while in her care she works hard to keep them happy, exercised, and loved. For many years she worked as a stable manager at a boarding facility where she cared for clients’ horses on a daily basis. Among the many things she’s learned over years of caring for animals, the one Sydney takes the most seriously is the importance consistency holds when it comes to your animal's diet and routines. She likes to know their usual day-to-day schedules, tricks, and vocabulary so she can do her best to keep things consistent while they hang out and have fun while you are gone.
Sydney recommends overnight care which is when she stays at your home with your pet(s) overnight. She believes this makes for a more normal environment for your pet, rather than the more common "drop in" visit type of sitting, where the pet is only visited a few times a day, and left alone at night. However, she also offers walks and/or runs, mid-day bathroom breaks and breakfast and/or dinner feeding for clients who are not away for too long.
Any precautions she should take with each pet along the lines of people and other animal interactions will be addressed at the initial meet and greet. Sydney also appreciates knowing any personality quirks the owners experience frequently or thinks she should be aware of, and of course any medical issues currently affecting the pet or important medical problems in the past. She has administered medicine to cats, dogs and horses; all she requires is prior instruction. Sydney welcomes the most anxious client to contact her as often as they please. All clients receive daily photo updates.
Creative Event Management
Natalie George is a designer, producer, and artist based in Austin, TX. She is the founder and Executive Producer of Natalie George Productions, an award winning lighting designer, and Events Manager. After studying Theater Arts at St. Edward’s University, Natalie began to work as a freelance lighting designer and stage manager around Austin and beyond. Quickly her design work became her full-time focus designing for Salvage Vanguard Theater, Rude Mechs, Mary Moody Northen Theater, The O’Neill Theater Center, and many more. After several years of being design focused, she wanted to hone in on managing and producing performances and events. Finding that her love of managing and organizing paired well with her artist ventures, she decided to put her design work on hold to help start and grow the Fusebox Festival. From 2009 to 2014 she worked full-time as the Producing Director of Fusebox. Natalie continued to expand her skills and vision by producing her own new works. Producing credits include the short film, The Runner, which was selected by the Austin Film Festival to be screened in 2011 and new plays Sad, Sad, Sad and spacestation1985. Both plays were produced in Austin and New York. She is currently working on a web-series called FUN CLUB and new play, The Sun and Moon Project. While she enjoys working in other cities, Natalie’s love of all things Austin keeps her rooted here.
Natalie George Productions is an Austin based production company interested in three main areas of focus--Film and Theater production, Lighting Design, and Events. Our mission is to be a nimble, action packed production house that chooses projects and events based on content and vision, looking to provide a roster of entertainment that is engaging and thoughtful. Design work that is vibrant and emotional. Events that are thoughtful and unique. Relying on our years of experience in performance and design we will partner with clients that have a desire to create "stand out" events in a city full of events. Whether it's a private party, business launch, or promotional event, NGP can bring in-depth knowledge of unique locations, the finest chefs and bartenders, and an eye for design to make an event your guests will never forget.
